Having moved from the north two years ago, we had no idea what to expect about insect control in North Texas. We were inundated with ads and flyers but the friendly and honest appraisal of our house led to trust. The prices are very reasonable for this area and I never feel I am being oversold. We originally contacted Pest Solutions after getting a few estimates on pest control from some other local pest control companies. One of the quotes was over $9,000 and they said we had highways of pests in our garage attic and needed new insulation and extensive termination . Another company was around $3,000 to set traps and fill a few pest entrance holes. So, we requested Pest Solutions of North Texas give us a review and an estimate for service. We were honest with Pest Solutions about their competitor's assessments. The Pest Solutions' technician was completely honest about our problem and said our situation was very minor. They recommended their $80 per quarter plan which included as many traps as we wanted and as many weekly visits as we felt needed until the problem was under control. They notified us in advance of every visit and never missed a scheduled appointment. We ended up clearing up our situation with only a couple of inside captures and were pest free in the home within a couple of weeks. We have been with them now nearly year and they still treat us like new customers. And our little pesky pest problem is a problem of the past!

I called to make an appointment for a one time treatment since there's construction by our house. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful, she was able to accommodate my requests/times since my schedule is crazy.
Mike and Chaz came out, right on time (love that!). Both extremely professional and friendly. They explained the products they used to me, how they work and what my results would be. They told me of other services they offered with no pressure to buy/book (I hate sales men because they are so pushy). Needless to say, I was so happy with their professionalism and my results, I booked their quarterly services. Super impressed with this family owned business.

We have kids and pets and ridding the insects from our yard and home is important. The bonus is they're a family owned team and local to us. They go along way to maintain customers by taking care of business.
